The Champagne Cellar

Moët & Chandon Imperial Champagne

Moët & Chandon was founded by Claude Moët in 1743 and has become the world’s leading champagne brand. With access to the region’s most extensive vineyards and centuries of expertise, the Moët & Chandon name guarantees excellence and consistent quality through every bottle of Moët Impérial, Rosé Impérial and Grand Vintage champagnes. The flagship of Moët & Chandon since 1869, Brut Impérial is the most accomplished and universal expression of its style. Brut Impérial is an extremely accomplished assemblage of over 200 crus, creating a perfect balance of the three champagne grape varieties (30% to 40% Pinot Noir, 30% to 40% Pinot Meunier, 20% to 30% Chardonnay). The colour is an elegant golden straw yellow with green highlights. Its aromas are radiant, revealing bright white-fleshed fruits, citrus fruits, floral nuances and elegant blond notes.
