Terms and Conditions

The Champagne Cellar always strives to offer you the best service and to ensure that you are happy with the products purchased from us.

We aim to keep all items in stock, however, should stock levels be low we will inform you at the time of purchase and you will be given the option of a full refund or a later delivery date.

Payment must be received and cleared before delivery is made. Goods remain the property of the Champagne Cellar until paid in full.

We hope that all items are received in good order, but if there are any problems then please notify us by telephone or in writing within 3 days of receipt. Refunds will only be given on damaged and faulty goods.

If for any reason the label is incorrect and the mistake has been made by us, we will offer a replacement label free of charge that we will send by first class post.

If the label is incorrect because of a mistake made by the customer, we will offer a replacement label at a charge of £4.11 that we will send by first class post.

Business Customers

In cases where we design your label you will be asked to approve the label by email. Once email approval has been received, the Champagne Cellar cannot accept any responsibility if the label is wrong. In cases where a re-print is required the customer will be required to pay the additional cost of printing and for the replacement labels.

Prices of our goods are as accurate as possible, but on very rare occasions errors occur, we reserve the right to change prices without notice. However, we will inform you before processing your transaction.
