The prices quoted are for delivery to most UK mainland addresses. If you wish to send to a non-UK mainland, Northern Scotland or overseas address, please contact us on
01342 826555 for details of charges before placing your order.

We cannot send champagne to the United States unless the recipient has a liquor licence. Even then, the procedure takes several days and cannot be guaranteed!

All deliveries will be made weekdays between 9am & 5.30pm. Please ensure that someone will be available to receive their package on the delivery date specified, as only 2 attempts to deliver will be made.

Delivery charges

  • The charge is per line item from 1 to 12 bottles
  • The charge is per mainland UK location
  • It is a single charge which includes special packaging
  • The cost is 9 per shipment for a next working day service

 

Next Day Champagne Delivery to your Door

We offer a next working day service for all orders (including small consignments of personalised bottles) received before 12.00 mid-day. After this time call us on 01342 826555 - we will always oblige if we can!

Next Day Delivery means the courier will endeavour to deliver before 17.30 weekdays. You can also specify before 10.30am or 12 midday, but at an extra cost. Similarly, Saturday delivery is possible but at an extra cost, please call for details. These deadlines are not guaranteed to certain remote areas. Where applicable delivery will be made as soon as practicable.

We use a well established courier service so if there is nobody in to accept delivery, a card is left by the courier to inform the recipient how they can collect their parcel or arrange a suitable re-delivery date. We strongly recommend sending your gift to a work address but if this is not possible we would suggest that the parcel be left with a neighbour. Please advise us at the time of your order if you would prefer us not to do this.

We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient being unavailable and when all efforts on our part have been exhausted.

If as a result of a failed delivery, an addressee requests that the item be delivered to an alternative address, a supplement of £7.95 + VAT is payable. This charge will be passed on to the customer for payment. In cases where the addressee has failed to accept delivery of the package and has not arranged for the package to be collected or redirected, the package will be returned to us. In such cases the courier will levy an additional charge of £7.95 + VAT. We will deduct this charge from the cost of the undelivered bottle(s) and refund the difference to the customer.

All of our champagne we send via courier is shipped in postal safe packaging to prevent breakages.
